  • 160g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Body Protein+™, Body Collagen™ or Body Wellness
  • 1 tsp Glow® or Glow Ageless™
  • 1/2 cup seasonal fruit or berries, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup granola of choice
  1. Add yogurt to bowl.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of your chosen Body product.
  3. Add 1 tsp Glow® or Glow Ageless™.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Top with season fruit and granola.
