To put the pep back in my step with the change of seasons, I’ve been loving this delicious, creamy recipe for a boost of energy and nutrition.

  • 1 frozen banana, coarsely chopped
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Body Protein+™, Body Collagen™ or Body Wellness™
  • 5 macadamias
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
