Once you’ve joined, our Auto-Replenishment service is easy to manage. You can pause, cancel and view your order history or next dispatch date at any time under the ‘my account’ section on our website.
To pause your auto replenishment order
Make sure that you are logged into your account at Dermalogica.co.nz (you can log in here), in the top right-hand corner select the ‘my account’ tab and then ‘auto-replenish products.’
Here you will find a list of all the products that you currently have set to auto-replenish. Click on the ‘view orders’ button next to the product that you would like to pause. You will find the pause button on the blue bar at the top of this page.
To cancel your auto replenishment order
Make sure that you are logged into your account at Dermalogica.co.nz (you can log in here), in the top right-hand corner select the ‘my account’ tab and then ‘auto-replenish products.’
Here you will find a list of all the products that you currently have set to auto-replenish. Click on the ‘view orders’ button next to the product that you would like to cancel. You will find the ‘cancel subscription’ button in the subscription information section on this page.
