While probiotics you may find in the supermarket often only carry one or two species or strains, our formulas offer multiple, natural, food-based strains to help encourage microbial diversity. If you are experiencing a medical condition whereby your health practitioner has recommended a particular strain or species at a certain level, you may need additional supplementation.

Many customers have reported improvements in their skin, including reduced hormonal breakouts, due to the blend of probiotics, antioxidants, and skin-supporting vitamins in GLOW. It helps balance your gut microbiome, which can positively impact your skin health.

GLOW is made from natural and organic ingredients and is generally well-tolerated. However, if you have any specific allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult with your healthcare provider.

Because of the good bacteria in our inner beauty products, we recommend that you keep them refrigerated once opened and always use a dry spoon so as not to introduce any moisture into the product. If refrigeration is not possible, due to travel for example, ensure that your powder is kept out of direct sunlight and away from high heat. The unique fermentation process each powder undergoes ensures that these bacteria remain quite hardy and so should not be adversely affected if kept unrefrigerated for short periods of a few hours or so. Note however, that if you have left your product unrefrigerated for longer than a few hours, it’s best to leave it at room temperature and consume it within the month.
